The Eastern Regional Council of Zongo Chiefs has destooled Mr. Shisu Iddi as the Amamrehene for disregarding the Council's Great Oath. The Amamrehene [Costom/Tradition] Chief, Shisu Iddi was also accused of showing gross disrespect against the president of the Eastern and Akyem Abuakwa Council of Zongo Chiefs and his elders at large. Chief Alhaji Abubakar Umar, the president of the Council addressed the media at Kyebi over the weekends at the forth quarter meeting of the Council of Chiefs to cau­tion Muslim communities and residents in Zongo areas to be wary of engaging the service of Shisu Iddi. Alhaji Abubakar Umar who doubles as the National vice president of the Council of Zongo Chiefs again warned that Muslims and all those who will patronize the former Tradition Chief do so at their own risk.
